The Gestor de Siniestros at Marsh will manage claims of medium and low complexity, overseeing relationships and processes under pressure with multiple stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of 80 to 150 active claims, reviewing incoming documentation, escalating complex cases, communicating with clients and insurers, generating and validating claims reports, and ensuring compliance with internal processes and performance indicators. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of claims management experience, a bachelor's degree, and intermediate Office tool skills, alongside strong organizational, communication, and teamwork abilities.
