Develop and maintain QHSE policies aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements across all departments. Manage risk levels according to ALARP principles and oversee operational licenses, registries, and certifications. Lead the HSE team, report KPIs to senior management, and conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments for land and maritime logistics, warehouses, chemical storage, ISPS, and onshore/offshore operations. Manage emergency and medical evacuation situations while developing safety training to promote a strong safety culture. Monitor HSE performance indicators, lead incident investigations to identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with commercial teams to integrate QHSE requirements into proposals and contracts, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations and supporting risk identification in new projects.
