Job Summary
Manage the full client lifecycle from prospecting to retention, ensuring service excellence and objective fulfillment. Negotiate opportunities and propose tailored solutions that maximize service value. Collaborate with insurers, reinsurers, and other WTW offices to resolve issues and uncover new business prospects. Develop deep expertise in life and health insurance products while supporting high-quality service delivery through operational management that facilitates new business and renewals. Based in the Porto office, this role contributes to the international Risk & Broking team's growth within a culture focused on business orientation, innovation, and professional teamwork.
