Job Summary
Coordinate clinical and administrative activities to ensure the smooth operation of health services, while supervising the quality of patient care and driving continuous service improvement. Guarantee compliance with legal regulations, internal protocols, and clinical performance indicators by implementing procedures that enhance operational efficiency and patient safety. Facilitate effective collaboration between medical, nursing, and administrative teams, supporting the management of clinical human resources including roster organization and performance tracking. Develop and execute strategies to optimize clinical services, prepare management reports, and monitor operational results. Requires a degree in Management or relevant field, minimum five years of experience in similar roles, and fluency in English.
Required Qualifications
- Licenciatura em Gestão ou área relevante
- Experiência profissional mínima de 5 anos em funções similares
- Fluência em língua inglesa (oral e escrita)
- Forte capacidade de liderança, organização e gestão de equipas
- Boa capacidade de comunicação, análise e tomada de decisão
