Prospect and close agreements with multinational corporations, consulting firms, embassies, and production companies through active outreach. Develop strategic alliances with relocators, housing agencies, and business schools to drive pipeline growth. Lead the sales cycle from initial contact to framework agreement signing while collaborating with the revenue team to optimize ADR and occupancy rates. Monitor Madrid market competition to identify new demand opportunities and manage growth for existing strategic accounts to ensure recurring business. Coordinate stays for groups and premium clients to deliver customer success. Requires one year of experience in apartment rental management, knowledge of PMS systems, and fluency in English.
