Gestionnaire Technique Immobilier Tertiaire F/H

Conduct daily technical inspections of tertiary buildings in the Nantes region, verify maintenance contract execution, and manage regulatory inspections and claims. Establish triennial work plans, assist in loss event investigations, and ensure compliance with safety standards and internal procedures. Execute minor repairs and renovations, manage tenant entry/exit records, and attend complex site tenant meetings. Utilize client tools to update dashboards, perform quarterly audits, and generate visit reports. Travel 3/4 days weekly to sites. Join a team managing over 3 million m² of institutional assets across France.
