Job Summary
Coordinate technical teams and external partners across multiple AAA game development mandates to ensure clear alignment and reliable milestone delivery. Lead programming leaders, engineers, and senior technical experts while establishing operating rhythms, collaboration practices, and escalation paths for internal, remote, and external groups. Identify and resolve roadblocks, support onboarding for new hires and partners, and monitor team performance, engagement, and delivery health. Coach staff through performance reviews and career development to foster talent growth and consistent execution. Partner with studio leadership on staffing strategy and recruitment planning to accelerate project ramp-up.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 10+ years of relevant game development experience, including leadership responsibilities across the full development cycle from concept to release
- Experience shipping at least two AAA titles in a leadership capacity
- A track record of managing multiple teams, mandates, or partner relationships across internal, remote, and external studio environments
- The ability to understand technical constraints, trade-offs, and delivery risks, and to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong leadership, team building, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural collaboration skills
- Fluency in English is required
- French/English bilingualism is highly desirable
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Unreal Engine pipelines is an asset
