Manage incidents and preventive actions for secure housing facilities hosting Cash Services banking automates, addressing issues related to access, electricity, alarms, video, safes, and network connectivity. Respond to client requests via phone or email by analyzing incidents, creating support tickets, scheduling interventions with internal services or external vendors, and coordinating with impacted 2SF teams. Proactively track resolution progress, update and close tickets, contribute to knowledge base enrichment, and maintain operational documentation. Ensure strict adherence to 2SF procedures and contractual commitments while identifying process deviations for operational review committees. Requires strong listening, analysis, and synthesis skills with impeccable written and oral French communication.
