Job Summary
Develop and execute digital strategies aligned with the organization's business objectives for the Digital Engine Services portfolio. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver digital products and platforms while defining roadmaps, business cases, and KPIs to measure value. Partner with stakeholders to prioritize investments, implement data governance, and monitor performance to recommend continuous improvements. Present strategic recommendations and progress updates to senior leadership, identifying and mitigating risks associated with digital initiatives. Collaborate with engineering and technology teams to ensure successful delivery of transformation initiatives that enhance aircraft reliability and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Engineering, or another STEM field
- 10+ years of professional experience in digital strategy, management consulting, digital transformation, or business strategy
- Experience in the aerospace industry
- Excellent understanding of digital ecosystems, Internet of Things (IoT), cloud platforms, artificial intelligence (AI), data analytics, and data engineering
- Proven ability to influence senior leadership and lead cross-functional teams
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Very good command of English for reading, writing, and communicating with international clients, suppliers, and colleagues
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Proven ability to develop and execute enterprise-wide digital strategies
- Solid leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
- In-depth knowledge of technologies and digital ecosystems
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically Power BI for data visualization and performance reporting
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and collaboration tools Azure DevOps and Confluence
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and analysis to guide strategic decisions and foster continuous improvement
- Proven ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives, prioritize competing demands, and deliver results in a constantly evolving environment
