Analyze and settle construction claims amicably while gathering documentation, verifying files, and opening cases in the system. Evaluate financial dossiers through expert missions, negotiations, and convention applications to propose settlements and process payments. Present and collect recoveries while accompanying insured parties on claim management and providing regular updates. Participate in client meetings and attend expert appointments. Requires prior experience in similar roles, strong analytical and writing skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities. Full-time position with 2 days of remote work per week.
