Gestionnaire locatif (H/F) - CDD

Draft leases and prepare signing dossiers, manage client relations across all communication channels, and oversee rent reviews, billing, and delinquency management including pre-litigation phases. Control and archive lease-related justifications within the database, and conduct on-site inspections of residential buildings to verify condition and update records. Based in Opéra 75002, this CDD role reports to the Property Management Lead within a team of commercial, technical, and accounting staff. Requires a bac+2 in real estate and strong client service skills.
