Job Summary
Lead people-centric change management to mobilize teams and anchor a culture of continuous improvement within the aircraft engine component repair sector. Drive LEAN workshops (Kaizen, VSM) and analyze performance indicators to eliminate waste and maximize productivity. Act as a key partner to the production director, translating strategic directions into concrete action plans and defining the operational excellence roadmap. Identify, prioritize, and pilot cross-functional projects involving production, quality, logistics, and maintenance to break organizational silos. Bridge the gap between data analysts and operational teams by identifying required data points and linking business processes to dashboards. Analyze operational data to identify performance gaps, root causes, and develop relevant KPIs to support decision-making. Formulate concrete recommendations based on rigorous analysis and facts. Collaborate with the data team to ensure accurate information flows for all operational stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of experience with a Master's degree
- Adaptability to dynamic and complex environments
- Ability to work collaboratively across various departments
- Critical thinking and solution-oriented approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong self-motivation
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong command of English to read and understand technical documentation and terminology from international organizations on a daily basis
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with customers, suppliers, and colleagues worldwide
- Full-time, on-site position based in Saint-Hubert, Monday through Friday
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of P&WC engines, engine components, and the aftermarket industry
- Knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge of Power BI
