Job Summary
Planify, organize, and control maintenance activities for a unionized workforce under the direction of the maintenance manager. Respond immediately to equipment failures to minimize production interruptions and manage spare parts and supplies required for upkeep. Identify process improvement opportunities for maintenance workflows and implement corrective actions to enhance equipment performance. Ensure all operations maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency within the facility.
Required Qualifications
- Expertise technique en maintenance industrielle
