This role involves leading a software development team to ensure the security and stability of mission-critical systems while driving delivery and innovation. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in cloud-native services, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for technology.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software development
- Proven experience in leading software development teams
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native services on AWS
- Experience in modernizing legacy systems
- Strong skills in Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, Kubernetes
- Excellent communication skills in English
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with OAuth 2.0
- Experience with Okta
- Background in enterprise-level software solutions
Additional Requirements
- Excellent command of English is required
- Functional knowledge of French is a plus
