As a Software Development Manager, you will lead the development of TM1 B2B Identity solutions while ensuring security, stability, and innovation. You will guide your team in best practices for high availability and secure architecture.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of successful project deliveries
- Experience leading software development teams
- Strong understanding of high-availability environments
- Experience in modernizing and migrating legacy systems
- Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and Kubernetes
- Ability to establish and promote a strong engineering culture
- Excellent communication skills for senior leadership
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with OAuth 2.0
- Experience with Okta
- Knowledge of cloud-native architecture
Additional Requirements
