Direct multidisciplinary project teams in collaboration with regional business group directors and project managers, actively engaging in the full project management process including contract, financial, and budget tracking, resource management, technical quality verification, client communication, and follow-up. Manage, mitigate, and signal risks throughout mandate acquisition and project execution cycles. Participate in tender processes for multidisciplinary projects in coordination with other work teams, disciplines, or partners. Promote innovative project execution methods and contribute to knowledge management systems by tracking business opportunities, managing order books, and monitoring client account collection variances. Develop solutions by improving work methods and leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance project information processing and reporting. Collaborate with regional project management offices, market managers, client relationship managers, discipline leads, and sector leads. Contribute to external client management for senior commercial staff using existing client management tools.
