Job Summary
Lead service project delivery, warranty management, and resource coordination for upgrade and maintenance portfolios in North America. Execute transactional and flow business projects while ensuring quality, cost control, EHS compliance, and on-time delivery. Manage project activities from order review and kick-off meetings to revenue forecasting, Change Orders, invoicing, and administrative closure. Coordinate supplier deliveries, mitigate risks, and prepare post-mortem reports for senior leadership. Maintain P&L accountability and customer satisfaction across multiple concurrent projects.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in project management
- Experience related to service activities
- Experience in the transmission sector
- Experience on FACTS or HVDC equipment
- 5-8 years work experience
- 3-5 years in project management
- University degree specialized in Engineering
- Preference in Electrical or Mechanical Field
- Proficiency Spoken & Written - English
- Proficiency Spoken & Written - French
