Job Summary
Lead complex enterprise software and supply chain transformation programs from initiation through post-go-live stabilization, managing multiple interconnected projects and workstreams simultaneously. Establish program governance, executive steering committees, and decision-making frameworks to drive successful execution against scope, budget, schedule, quality, and business objectives. Serve as the senior delivery contact for executive stakeholders, leading escalation management and resolution of critical delivery issues while championing project management best practices across the organization. Coach and develop Project Managers and Project Coordinators, and contribute to the development of PSO standards, tools, and governance frameworks. Provide guidance on project health, risk exposure, and delivery performance to support capacity planning and resource forecasting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- 6+ years of experience managing complex technology implementation programs.
- Demonstrated experience leading large ERP or enterprise software implementations.
- Proven success managing multi-project programs with multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
- Strong financial management and commercial acumen.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and executive presentation skills.
- Excellent command of English and French, both oral and written.
- Bilingualism is required for this position to conduct activities outside the province of Quebec.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with ERP platforms such as NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or Infor.
- Experience in Supply Chain Planning, Warehouse Management (WMS), Transportation Management (TMS), or related technologies.
- Experience establishing or improving PMO/PSO functions.
- Experience leading organizational change and business transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, distribution, logistics, and retail operations.
- 5+ years of experience in a consulting, professional services, or systems integrator environment.
- PMP certification considered a significant asset.
- PgMP certification considered a significant asset.
- Agile, Scrum, Prosci, or related certifications are advantageous.
