Job Summary
Serve as the liaison between client managers, local office, and contract employees by attending regular client production and staff meetings. Maximize profitability by understanding client needs and providing quality contractors while working on-site to manage the temporary workforce. Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary, utilize Aerotek resources for conflict resolution, and perform various customer service activities. This on-site role supports Aerotek's staffing solutions across manufacturing, logistics, construction, aviation, facilities, and maintenance sectors.
Required Qualifications
