Conduct Assemblée Générale meetings, manage property maintenance projects, and coordinate with contractors and legal partners to ensure compliance. Serve as the primary liaison for homeowners' councils, providing clear expertise on technical needs, insurance claims, and complex legal matters. Analyze building requirements, select service providers, and oversee construction sites from initiation to final acceptance. This role requires a Bac+3 to Bac+5 degree in Real Estate or Law with 2–3 years of co-ownership management experience. A valid driver's license is mandatory for site visits.
