Manage accounting processes for the Maritime & Ports branch, including opening invoices and orders, tracking time, and preparing financial forecasts. Handle billing for clients, subcontractors, and internal units by assisting with calculations, recording, and follow-up. Record and report data on group systems like REFLEX and SAP, while extracting management statistics for leadership. Recoup overdue invoices by drafting correspondence and synthesizing data with the dedicated team. Requires full-time permanent status in Echirolles with a BAC+2/3 degree, 5 years of experience, and mandatory English proficiency.
