Job Summary

Manage water damage claims in condominiums by gathering client information, analyzing policy documentation, and determining applicable coverages. Negotiate fair settlements with parties involved while coordinating with experts and contractors post-incident. Prepare financial summaries for syndical records and validate receipts to ensure complete file closure. Recruit clients, pose clarifying questions to establish clear situational portraits, and maintain rigorous follow-up throughout the process. Requires 2–3 years in insurance or post-loss management, bilingual communication (French/English), and strong client service skills. Permanent, 40-hour week, on-site in Laval with hybrid options after three months.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in the insurance or post-loss adjustment field
  • Fluency in both French and English (oral and written)
  • Autonomy and rigor in managing priorities
  • Strong sense of customer service
  • Ability to manage time effectively, even in urgent or unexpected situations
  • Team player who is enthusiastic, always ready to collaborate and support colleagues
