Job Summary
Lead strategic procurement and category management for indirect procurement including temporary labor, business services, and IT services; translate plans into a 12-month DevOps-ready pipeline; execute procurement projects per strategic framework; conduct supplier business reviews; build strategic stakeholder relationships; negotiate contracts to achieve optimal total cost of ownership and savings; drive continuous improvement initiatives with agile and pragmatic principles; act as change agent with senior leadership; collaborate with business leaders to balance cost, risk, and speed; bilingual French and English; proficient in MS Office, Oracle ERP/P2P, SAP and Ariba experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in procurement, business administration, finance, engineering or related field
- 5-7 years of relevant procurement and supply chain experience
- Experience in corporate services procurement
- Knowledge of IT procurement
- Proficiency in negotiation and strong business acumen
- Bilingual French and English (oral and written)
