Job Summary
Gestionnaire Administration des Ventes responsible for managing client orders from entry to invoicing, ensuring data accuracy (sales price, margin, cost elements), handling import/export compliance, updating SAP client data, managing deposits and documentary credits, supporting credit management, tracking the order backlog, and communicating with customers and field sales when issues arise. Requires Bac+2 or equivalent, experience in a similar B2B role in an international context, proficiency with office tools and CRM, knowledge of import/export procedures and incoterms, and good command of English. SAP knowledge is a plus; the role is based in Marseille with opportunities for télétravail (hybrid).
Required Qualifications
- Diplôme min Bac+2 en Gestion PME-PMI / Administration Des Ventes ou équivalent
- Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques et CRM
- La connaissance de SAP serait un plus
- Première expérience sur un poste similaire dans un milieu B2B dans un contexte international
- Connaissance des procédures import/export et des incoterms
- Bon niveau d’anglais courant (oral/écrit)
