Gestionnaire Administratif Achats (H/F)

Coordinate daily with clients and data entry operators to prioritize urgent requests and generate daily reports for the client and APFE. Record purchase requests in the internal ERP, verify compliance of purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, and quotations, and track file progress until order issuance. Monitor discrepancies between orders, receipts, and invoices to resolve anomalies while serving as the primary internal liaison. Alert stakeholders immediately upon encountering blocked files or incomplete documentation. Propose continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency. Requires a Bac to Bac+2 degree in management, administration, or accounting, with prior experience in administrative support or supplier accounting. Proficiency in the Office Pack, particularly Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems are essential. This role is specifically reserved for individuals with a recognized disability certificate (RQTH).
