Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive technical oversight of the pharmacy, managing daily operations, inventory, and medication dispensing while leading a team focused on innovation and quality standards. Deliver holistic customer consultations emphasizing affordability and expertise, alongside administering vaccinations, health checks, and home care services. Ensure seamless workflow execution and actively shape the store's development within the Medbase Group's network of over 150 locations. Lead the training of apprentices and support staff, fostering a collaborative environment that balances patient care with operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Abschluss als eidg. dipl. Apotheker/in oder mit entsprechender Diplomanerkennung (BAB, FPH-Titel)
- Beweise Führungskompetenz und kundenorientiertes Denken sowie Flexibilität
- Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement (QMS)
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2 Niveau)
