Job Summary
Provide professional and friendly support to customers via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels. Assist travelers with inquiries, reservations, itinerary changes, and cancellations while resolving issues efficiently and maintaining high satisfaction. Accurately document interactions within company systems and collaborate with internal teams for prompt resolution. Stay informed about products, destinations, and policies to handle complaints professionally and escalate complex cases when necessary. Meet individual and team performance targets related to service quality and response times. Fluency in German and English (B1/B2) is required, along with proficiency in customer support tools and the ability to work rotating schedules Monday through Sunday. This role offers a comprehensive relocation package for eligible candidates.
Required Qualifications
