Job Summary
Provide professional and friendly support to customers via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels. Assist travelers with inquiries, reservations, itinerary changes, cancellations, and general travel concerns while resolving issues efficiently and documenting interactions within company systems. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of requests and handle complaints professionally, escalating complex cases when necessary. Maintain fluency in German and English (minimum B1/B2) and meet individual and team performance targets related to service quality and response times. Work rotating shifts Monday to Sunday between 08:00 and 20:00. Required Qualifications
- Fluency in German and English (minimum B1/B2 level)
