Job Summary
Provide professional and friendly support to customers via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels. Assist customers with travel bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and general travel inquiries while resolving issues efficiently and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Accurately document interactions within company systems and collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of requests. Stay informed about products, services, destinations, and policies. Handle complaints professionally and escalate complex cases when necessary. Meet individual and team performance targets related to service quality and response times. Fluency in German and English (minimum B1/B2) is required, along with proficiency in customer support tools and the ability to work rotating schedules Monday through Sunday from 08:00 to 20:00.
Required Qualifications
