Job Summary
Provide professional and friendly support to customers via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels. Assist with travel bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and general inquiries while resolving issues efficiently and documenting interactions within company systems. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution and handle complaints professionally, escalating complex cases when necessary. Stay informed about company products, services, destinations, and travel policies to meet individual and team performance targets related to service quality and response times. Work rotating schedules Monday to Sunday (08:00–20:00) in a dynamic, international environment. A relocation package is available for candidates moving to Sofia, Bulgaria, including accommodation and travel reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in German and English (minimum B1/B2 level)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency with computer systems and customer support tools
- Flexible and reliable with the ability to work rotating schedules
- Operational schedule: Monday to Sunday
- Operating hours: 08:00 – 20:00
- Shift-based schedule within operational hours according to business needs
