Job Summary
Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and other communication channels to assist passengers with flight bookings, modifications, cancellations, and general inquiries. Provide accurate information regarding airline policies, schedules, baggage, and travel requirements while resolving customer concerns professionally and efficiently. Ensure all interactions are documented accurately in the system and meet performance and quality targets. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. This role is based in Mosta, Malta, for local candidates only.
Required Qualifications
- German speaking
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Fluency in German and English (minimum B1/B2 level)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Must be eligible to work locally

- Previous customer service or call centre experience
