Job Summary
Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and other communication channels to assist passengers with flight bookings, modifications, cancellations, and general inquiries. Provide accurate information regarding airline policies, schedules, baggage, and travel requirements while resolving customer concerns professionally and efficiently. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, ensure all interactions are documented accurately in the system, and meet performance and quality targets. Fluency in German and English (minimum B1/B2) is required, along with strong problem-solving abilities and computer literacy to navigate multiple systems. This role offers a salary progression starting at €5.60 per hour, with additional performance bonuses and a language allowance for eligible local candidates.
