Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and digital channels by assisting clients with telecommunications inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Identify customer needs to recommend suitable solutions while supporting sales activities through upselling and cross-selling opportunities to contribute to business growth. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality across rotational shifts operating between 09:00 and 22:00, including potential late shifts until 01:00. This role offers a fixed monthly compensation package with uncapped performance bonuses, tenure rewards, and monthly meal vouchers for candidates joining from June 2026. Fully funded onboarding training and relocation support are provided for international hires, with a clear path to internal promotion into team leadership or sales coaching roles.
Required Qualifications
- German (C1 level minimum)
- Motivated and customer-focused
- German-speaking
- Rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday
- Operating hours between 09:00 and 22:00
- Mix of 8-hour, 6-hour, and 4-hour shifts
- Late shift until 01:00
