Job Summary
Manage and monitor team performance, including KPIs, attendance, and attrition, while conducting regular performance reviews, 1:1 meetings, and coaching sessions. Drive performance improvement through feedback, development plans, and structured support to ensure consistent achievement of quality, productivity, and consumer satisfaction targets. Monitor consumer interactions, handle 2nd level escalations, and serve as the main point of communication with the client. Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Training, and Workforce Management teams to foster engagement and drive continuous improvement in service delivery while ensuring adherence to Global Operating Standards and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Native or proficient German (C1/C2) – written and spoken
- Fluent English (C1/C2) – written and spoken
- Minimum 9 months' experience in a BPO or contact center environment
- Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece
- Be a local candidate living in Greece (work from home role)
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and coaching ability
- Strong analytical and performance-driven mindset
- Ability to work in a structured and organized way
- Consumer -focused with a strong service orientation
- Adaptable and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- High level of professionalism and accountability
- Collaborative and positive team player
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in team leadership or supervisory roles is an advantage
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience preferred
- Relevant industry experience is an advantage but not required, such as: Beauty Care: cosmetic ingredients, hair dye processes, product effects
- Relevant industry experience is an advantage but not required, such as: Home & Laundry Care: product formulations and practical applications
- Interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a plus
