Job Summary
German-speaking Site Budget & Contract Specialist based in Europe who will prepare, negotiate, and manage site agreements, confidentiality agreements, and letters of indemnification for clinical trials. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines, tracking contract status in relevant systems, escalating contractual issues, supporting internal review and approval processes, collaborating with clinical study teams, legal, and project management to ensure seamless contract execution, maintaining electronic and paper files, and contributing to process improvements. Requires a university-level law degree (LLB/JD/BA/BS) or equivalent experience, 2-4 years of contract negotiation or clinical research experience, strong negotiation and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and contract tracking systems. Offers flexible remote/hybrid work arrangements in Europe. The role is part of the FSPx team and involves working with a key sponsor to advance development of medications, with a focus on German-speaking regions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (LLB, JD, BA, or BS) preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered
- 2-4 years of experience in contract negotiation, clinical research, or related field
- Strong understanding of ICH GCP guidelines and clinical research processes
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract tracking systems
