Job Summary
German-speaking SDR role focused on generating and qualifying new business opportunities for the sales team. Responsibilities include managing inbound leads and outbound targeted prospects, generating value for potential customers, booking product demonstration webinars and calls, managing prospect expectations, overcoming objections, and achieving KPIs such as calls scheduled, calls completed, qualified opportunities, and deals won. The role involves learning from senior sales staff, developing skills to progress into a full closing role, and is based in a fully remote arrangement with potential hybrid/work model options. Requires 1 year of SDR experience and Fluent German & English; entrepreneurial mindset, self-discipline, organization, and ambition to meet daily and monthly objectives; opportunity for growth within a sales career.
