Job Summary
Conduct daily communication with new and existing customers via telephone and email. Assist in identifying and seizing marketing and sales opportunities to support the acquisition of new advertisers within the SMB sector. Collaborate with clients to provide tailored marketing solutions, utilizing tools like MS Excel and Salesforce for research and activities. Qualify businesses for handover to skilled account managers aimed at increasing customer revenue. Regularly gather and relay customer feedback to enhance advertising products and strategies. Requires German C1 and English B2 minimums with marketing or sales experience. Includes a relocation bonus for candidates outside Spain.
