Job Summary
Provide high-level support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, assisting with inquiries related to Web Design and Digital Marketing strategies. Troubleshoot technical issues with enthusiasm, combining native-level German skills with technical curiosity to solve complex problems. Rotational shifts run Sunday to Friday between 05:00 and 20:00, with every Saturday off plus one additional weekday off. An Uber allowance covers early starts before 05:00. This six-month contract begins April 2, 2026, for on-site work in Lisbon.
Required Qualifications
- Native or near-native level of German (C1/C2)
- Fluent English
- Solid knowledge or previous experience in Digital Marketing or Web Design
- Knowledge of the difference between SEO and SEM
- Knowledge of the difference between UI and UX
- On-site availability in Lisbon
- Start date of April 2nd, 2026
- Schedule: Rotational shifts from Sunday to Friday, between 05:00 and 20:00
- Days Off: Every Saturday + 1 rotational weekday off
