Job Summary
Support customers and distributors across EMEA by processing orders, coordinating shipments, and managing returns while keeping clients updated. Handle invoices and basic admin tasks alongside picking, packing, and shipping orders, plus receiving and organizing incoming goods. Check returned instruments and implant sets to ensure accuracy. Switch between office and warehouse work with a strong eye for detail, utilizing Excel and ERP systems like Business Central. Based in Breda, you'll join a close-knit team helping deliver medical solutions that improve lives for pediatric patients.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, logistics or warehouse operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Good Excel skills
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in German
- Comfortable working on-site in Breda
- Already based in (or well-established in) the Netherlands
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems (like Business Central)
- Dutch language skills
