Job Summary
Process new orders, diagnose order errors, and resolve delivery queries while managing omnichannel communications via phone and email. Handle legal claims, process complex payments and refunds, and support B2B clients with advanced account adjustments. Collaborate with logistics, sales, and finance teams to resolve escalated complaints regarding missing or damaged goods. Maintain strict compliance with German customer service standards, protect customer data, and document all interactions in internal systems. Requires native German fluency (C1) and permanent residence in South Africa for this fully remote, permanent full-time position.
Required Qualifications
- Native level fluency in the German language (C1 Level): Verbal & Written skills essential (advanced level may be considered)
- Permanent residence permit / South African ID holders only
- Excellent computer literacy and technical skills
- Comfortable using CRM software, ticketing systems, and MS Office products
- No criminal record
- Strong communication skills and professional email etiquette
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and find structured solutions
- Strong analytical ability to sort inquiries into tier levels and find swift, customer-focused solutions
- A professional, helpful attitude dedicated to supporting high-volume marketplace operations
- German customer service standards by communicating professionally in German (and sometimes English), protecting customer data, and adhering strictly to company procedures
