Job Summary
Customer Onboarding Manager responsible for leading the technical onboarding of new customers for Leapsome’s People Enablement and HRIS, project-managing multi-account implementations, tailoring platform configurations to client workflows, and delivering training and scalable resources. You will collaborate with HR/People teams, IT stakeholders, and Sales/CSS to drive adoption, troubleshoot setup issues, and establish a smooth transition to Customer Success post-onboarding. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, plus comfort with AI-powered tools to personalize training and improve onboarding efficiency. Fluent in English and German; 2-4+ years in onboarding/implementation roles and a track record of handling multi-stakeholder projects are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years+ experience in customer-facing onboarding/implementation/support/customer success
- fluency in English and German
- strong project management skills
- ability to navigate integrations, data imports, and troubleshooting configurations
- experience delivering trainings to managers and teams
