Resolve technical or administrative issues and document all customer contacts in the system to ensure high satisfaction and compliance with internal quality standards. Required Qualifications
- Very good written and spoken German (C1/C2)
- Good knowledge of English (B1-B2)
- Strong communication skills and service orientation
- Problem-solving skills and structured way of working
- Basic computer skills
