Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat while providing competent advice on products and services. Resolve technical or administrative issues and document all customer contacts in the system. Ensure high customer satisfaction by adhering to internal quality and service standards. This role supports the international team in Greece, offering a multicultural environment with a high quality of life and sunny climate.
Required Qualifications
- Very good written and spoken German (C1/C2)
- Good knowledge of English (B1-B2)
- Strong communication skills and service orientation
- Problem-solving skills and structured way of working
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a team and intercultural openness
