Job Summary
Review, classify, and moderate user-generated content including text, images, and video to ensure a safe online environment. Remove or flag material violating community standards while identifying trends and escalating emerging issues to relevant teams. Maintain accuracy in moderation decisions and handle sensitive content with professionalism. This role requires German (C1) and English (B2) proficiency, with experience in trust & safety preferred. Candidates must work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays, with on-site availability in Lisbon.
Required Qualifications
- German (C1 or higher)
- English (B2 or higher)
- Flexible to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Availability to work on-site in Lisbon
- CV in English
- EU ID or valid Residence Card
