Job Summary
Process customer orders and reserve replacement vehicles for breakdowns and accidents by coordinating with insurance and roadside assistance providers via email or phone. Create vehicle reservations and ensure prompt, customer-oriented handling of demanding inquiries. Manage daily operations while adapting to a dynamic environment that includes night shifts between 22:00h and 06:00h. Work remotely from anywhere in Spain with access to internal AI tools for efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in German
- Fluent in English
- Excellent ability to understand and anticipate customer needs
- Open-minded, communicative, and enjoy writing and making phone calls
- Can adapt to a dynamic and ever-evolving work environment
- Availability for night shifts
- Collaborate effectively with other team members
- Ability to quickly identify problems and propose effective solutions
- Initial experience working with MS Office programs (Word, Outlook)
- Work reliably, independently, and are service- and solution-oriented
