Job Summary
Provide top-tier customer support via phone, email, and chat as the first point of contact for inquiries, orders, and troubleshooting in German. Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering clear, empathetic solutions while documenting interactions accurately in the CRM system. Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer experience. This fully remote role requires a fluent German speaker (C1/C2) and fluent English (B2) to join our international team in Greece, starting February 26 or April 20, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Native or Near-Native German (C1/C2 level)
- Fluent English (B2 level) for internal communication and training
- Legal right to work in the EU or eligibility for a Greek work permit
- Must be based in Greece
- Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 19:00 schedule
