Job Summary
Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities through outbound sales activities and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients while understanding their needs to recommend tailored digital advertising solutions. Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs by collaborating with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and industry developments to drive business growth. Fluent German (C1 level) and English skills are required alongside a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in digital advertising, PPC, or sales. Valid work authorization in Spain is necessary for this full-time, permanent role based in Barcelona.
