Job Summary
Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities through outbound sales activities, building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients. Understand customer needs to recommend tailored digital advertising solutions and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to closing deals. Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs while collaborating with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Stay current with digital marketing trends and industry developments to drive business growth. Fluent German (C1) and English skills, plus experience in digital advertising or outbound sales, are required for this full-time role in Barcelona.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent German (C1 level or higher)
- strong English communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Valid authorization to work in Spain
