Job Summary
Proactively identify new business opportunities through outbound sales activities and build relationships with clients to recommend tailored digital advertising solutions. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals while consistently achieving individual sales targets and KPIs. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer experiences and stay current with digital marketing trends. Fluent German (C1) and English skills required with a background in digital advertising or outbound sales. Competitive salary of €24,310–€30,000 plus performance bonuses, relocation package, and extensive training in Google Ads and sales methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent German (C1 level or higher)

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Valid authorization to work in Spain
