Job Summary
Proactively identify new business opportunities through outbound sales activities and build relationships with clients to recommend tailored digital advertising solutions. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals while consistently achieving individual sales targets and KPIs. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience and stay current with digital marketing trends. Requires fluent German (C1) and English, with a background in digital advertising or PPC. Starting July or August, this full-time permanent role offers a relocation package, performance bonus, and extensive training in Google Ads and sales methodologies within a multicultural Barcelona team.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent German (C1 level or higher)
- strong English communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Valid authorization to work in Spain
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in digital advertising, PPC, sales, or account management (6–12 months preferred)
